Following 20+ year careers with a leading Employee Assistance Provider, our founders Gord and Mark began reflecting on their professional career services experience supporting over 13,000 cases.

Their insights showed that for the vast majority of leaders, if they knew where to improve and had a little bit of guidance they could make improvements. The issue is that for most of us, we don't see ourselves clearly, and often we don't realize the power of activating different behaviours such as the consistency of which we express gratitude.

Through this Stature Leadership Innovations was born bringing a sensible behavioural framework to leadership that is strengthened through data science and experience. Through our work we can help leaders fine tune their leadership to build the traits to level up.
